Course Description
Explores and evaluates feminist theories in a socio-historical context. Raises questions about their implications for different methods of inquiry and about the nature of knowledge and rational thought. Prerequisite: WGS 250 or WGS 270.

Attendance/Participation:
The percentage of the final grade derives from attendance (20%). Good attendance means that you are no more than 10 minutes late to our meeting. You are allowed two absences for whatever reason; you don’t need to email me. After that point, I will deduct the following points: 3 absence=2 points; 4 absences=3 points; 5 absences=10 points. After 5 absences and without communication to me, you are at risk of failing attendance.
