Course Description

This course provides a practicum experience in a K-12 English as a Second Language (ESL) classroom or Dual Language (DL) classroom in order to deepen understanding of teaching multilingual students.

  2. Demonstrate effective instructional practices and procedures in an ESL or dual language setting through field experience.

Attendance/Participation:

Students are expected to attend all class meetings and be on time. Missing more than one class period will result in letter grade deduction, unless prior arrangement is made with the instructor or a legitimate documented emergency arises.
