• Apply appropriate techniques for planning and scheduling projects, including calculating a project’s critical path and determining the most efficient project crashing approach.

• Use Microsoft Project Management software to schedule a project and analyze its resource requirements.

Attendance/Participation:

Since this is an online class, no classroom attendance is required. However, optional interactive sessions will be held via Microsoft Teams on Tuesdays from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Eastern time to provide details about the assignments and the textbook. Attendance is not graded. These sessions are recorded and will be posted on Canvas, so you can watch them at your convenience.
