Survey of scientific theories and research in cognitive psychology. Topics include human learning, attention, memory, and problem solving. Prerequisite: Grade of at least a C- in PSY 121

Students identify key terms, theories, and researchers associated with major concepts and findings in cognitive psychology.
Students explain the underlying mechanisms and reasoning behind key theories and empirical findings in cognitive psychology.
