Course Description
Implementation science and quality improvement principles are applied to a project plan, emphasizing the change agent-client system relationship, environmental drivers, and impediments to sustainable change. Prerequisite: NUR 890A.

Students successfully completing this course will be able to:
- Use implementation science principles to implement a change process.
- Determine relational strategies to engage with the client system as a change agent.
- Analyze driving forces and mitigate restraining forces using a force field analysis.

Attendance/Participation:

Repeated unexcused absences or failure to notify the instructor may negatively impact your grade. Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis for legitimate and documented reasons.
