Course Description
Principles of compensation and job evaluation. Multidisciplinary theories underlying pay systems design and implementation. Market surveys and their effects on pay systems. Prerequisite: MGT 313; Sophomore Standing; Pre-major or major in ACCT, BADM, CARS, CYBE, CYMA, ECON, ECOS, ENTR, FINC, HTMT, HURM, INTB, ISSC, or MKTG.

- Understand the legal and ethical considerations in compensation and benefits practices.
- Explore contemporary issues and trends in compensation and benefits.
