| Management Topic Presentation: Analyze and Present on a Contemporary Management Challenge in Libraries. | 10% |
| Library Project Proposal: Working in groups (individual projects are permitted with Dr. Reyna's approval), students will complete a multi-part, semester-long project that analyzes library survey feedback to identify a need or opportunity for improvement. Teams will develop an evidence-based proposal, including a recommended solution, budget, implementation timeline, and final presentation. The project concludes with a group evaluation to reflect on individual contributions and teamwork. | 55% |
| Interview & Management Reflection Paper: Conduct an interview with a library manager and analyze the insights by connecting them to concepts, theories, and best practices explored throughout the course. | 20% |
