Students successfully completing this course will be able to:

  • Apply sport psychology mental skills that are often the psychological foundations for performance excellence.

  • Become more self-aware of their mental skill strengths and weaknesses.

  • Gain experience with the application of performance enhancement psychological skills applied to a personal goal of their choosing.
