Historical Comprehension

  • Analyze and comprehend historical changes in human interaction with nature in what is now the United States from the colonial era to today.

Historical Analysis

  • Use historical thinking to contextualize and analyze primary and secondary sources representing different points of view.

Attendance/Participation:

Student participation will be evaluated based on a series of assignments on the course canvas site. These assignments will vary between discussion boards, interactive videos, group annotation software, a handout, or a forum/debate.

All participation assignments will be graded on a point system (total six to twelve points per assignment) (SLO 1, SLO 2)
