Overview of current legal issues in higher education, including constitutional law, academic issues, and faculty/student disciplinary issues with a focus on case law, statutes, and regulations.

- Analyze landmark cases and their implications for institutional practice.
- Apply legal reasoning to policy development and organizational decision-making.

- Develop legally defensible policy recommendations.
- Communicate legal analysis to executive leaders.
