Attendance is expected and strongly encouraged. This course emphasizes discussion, applied examples, and in‑class activities that cannot be fully replicated outside of class. Attendance reflects professional behavior expected in business environments. Students may miss up to 3 class meetings during the semester without penalty, no questions asked. These absences are intended to cover illness (physical or mental health), family or personal obligations, or unexpected life events.
