Course Description

Applying molecular genetics to the impact on human development, process and disease. Introduction to clinical presentation and diagnostic management. Prerequisite: BIO 392; Recommend either GEN 101 or GEN 201.

  • Describe clinical genetics as a process of evaluation, diagnosis and management

  • Analyze tools, information and history in consideration of case management

  • Explain nuances of genetic assessment
