Course Description

Contemporary theory and practice of relational communication, with emphasis on increasing awareness of strategic and ethical uses of communication to build relationships.

Attendance/Participation:

This course is participation intensive and therefore requires regular attendance. Three absences are permitted without penalty (as long as they are not on an exam or presentation day). Beginning with the 4th absence, 1 point will be deducted from your final grade in the course.

Additionally, 2 tardies count as an absence. Late work is not accepted unless there has been an emergency.
