Engage in coaching techniques that will help you reach your desired purpose and mission.

This course uses a cumulative points grading system. There are no weighted categories (e.g., exams, participation, or projects). Each assignment has a designated point value, and all assignments contribute directly to the final course grade. A student's final grade is based on the total number of points earned divided by the total number of points possible in the course. | Final Percentage = (Total Points Earned ÷ Total Points Possible) × 100. The resulting percentage will be converted to a letter grade according to the grading scale below. |

Students must earn a final grade of C or better in all IPS courses and in any courses applied to the Area of Focus requirement.
Attendance/Participation:
The University defines class attendance to be your responsibility as a student and a privilege of university education. In the online asynchronous environment, you should recognize the advantage of regular and timely online activity, accept it as a personal responsibility, and apprise yourself of the consequences of non-participation. Evidence of attendance in an asynchronous, online course can be demonstrated by correct application of assigned learning content (textbook, videos, other assigned readings, etc.) to the coursework, your timely submission of assignments, and your contribution in discussion forums and group work.
