Course Description
Students in this course create original works in video and animation as a method for analyzing a diverse array of animated works from around the globe. Prerequisite: ART 240 and ART 220.

Recognize the significant contributions of animators in recent history from all parts of the globe
Dissect the technical and strategic processes used in crafting animation of all types for greater understanding
Bring the concepts and execution strategies utilized in the works screened into their own creative practice

Attendance/Participation:
Attendance will be taken at the start of every morning lab and afternoon film session. More than four total absences will result in the loss of a letter grade off your final grade.
